The chart is just OK. I question the definition for "hair of the dog". The usual meaning is to have a drink of liquor (not a prescribed remedy) to treat the hangover symptoms. Also, I would not call "do the doggy paddle" an idiom.

That dog don't/won't hunt. This said about an idea/plan/project that is destined to fail.
I have no dog in the race/fight. This means the speaker has no personal interest in the matter.

That's the way I've always heard it. Not every idiom is expressed in grammatical English.

This is a colloquial usage. One would hear it quite a bit in the southern US states.Why did you write "that dog don't..." instead of "doesn't"? I'm confused.
