Wich one is correct?
I will come home after I will finish shopping or I will come home after I finish shopping
 
[1] *I will come home after I will finish shopping.

[2] I will come home after I finish shopping.


[2] is correct.

The complements of temporal prepositions such as "after", "before" etc. take simple present, not the will construction, when the reference is to future time, as it is in your example.
