I've been watching videos about pet dogs eating raw meat. I'm curious why they won't get a stomache or parasite. They eat fish, steak, chicken and frogs. Sometimes, I see them drink water in the pond or sea, but they don't get sick. I think dogs' immunity system is stronger than human's.

For the last sentence, you could also say: "... the canine immune system is stronger than the human one".
