This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I've been following some Instagram book readers sharing what they've read regularly. I found it interesting to read their comments on books at first, but later I felt anxious because they usually finish reading a book in a few days, making me feel that I'm a slow reader. However, I've decided to not compare my reading goals with other people's. Now, I set a reading time for myself, one hours per day, instead of focusing on the number of books I can finish reading within a timeframe.

I would say they've been talking about the books they've been reading.

I've been following some people on Instagram book readers sharing what they've read regularly who share what [books] they've been reading.
Instagram book readers sounds like some kind of AI run by Instagram!
At first, I found it interesting to read their comments/critiques, on books at first, but later I felt it started to make me anxious because they usually finish reading read a book in a few days, making me feel that I'm a slow reader.
I moved "At first" to the beginning of the sentence because, when I first read the opening, I saw "I found" and went to change it to "I find" to fit with "I've been following" at the beginning of the piece. Putting "At first" at the beginning leaves the reader in no doubt as to the timeframe you're talking about.
However, I've decided to not compare my reading goals speed with other people's.
Using "goals" and following it with "other people's" makes it sound as if you know those other people have "reading goals". We don't know that. In the previous paragraph, you commented only on the difference between their reading speed and yours.
Now, I set a reading time for myself no comma here (one hours hour per day) instead of focusing on the number of books I can finish reading within a specific timeframe.
Note my use of brackets rather than commas above.
I have to congratulate you on correctly spelling "focusing". A lot of native speakers (including people writing on respected websites like the BBC) write "focussing" and "focussed". It's one of my bugbears!

In my humble opinion, the word "share" is way overused these days. I suggest using something else. (I already made one suggestion.)
