Can there be a case in future where all words in English change thier meaning to the opposite of what they mean today? For example left might mean what right means today. Similarly all words change their meaning to opposite of what they mean today?

Obviously not. To give some Hindi examples: could pukka suddenly mean khucha? Could ooloo suddenly mean genius?

I have been to many symposia, and there is definitely a lot of drinking going on!

I thank and agree with @jutfrank. However the OP said all words reversed their meanings and that would be clearly impossible.

Obviously not. To give some Hindi examples: could pukka suddenly mean khucha? Could ooloo suddenly mean genius?
Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify your examples. In hindi also the case is same. Pakka will never suddenly mean khucha. Ooloo will never suddenly mean genius. Am I correct?

You are correct.

It doesn't happen suddenly in any case
