I don't think Tdol was suggesting that "keyboard" has changed its meaning, but that it has gained an additional meaning. That's the same for the words in post 19.

One interesting type of change is watered-down meaning — words that once had stronger inferences than they do now and are now used more often:

- awesome
- icon (and iconic)
- epic
