I can't imagine you mean the city. Perhaps the Farsi word for the sauce named after the city is bologna...? If so the 'English' is bolognese (though I had to put the English in quotation marks, as the ingredients for this sauce - in most English kitchens - have little connection with the bolognese made in that city.

Oh! Sorry! Not a city...I mean the round slices of sausege when eaten cold...What's the right spelling and the most common word for this kind of food, please?
