The BGgranted to ABC S/B , the amount need to be reducedfurther from RM2,000.00 toRM1,970.00. The reduction is mainlydue to one extra stakeholder being added to the Cost Sharing Agreement. All other terms and conditions shall remainunchanged.

I’m seeking your advice if the above is to betreated as amendment to the existing BG or as a cancellation of the existing BG andreplacement with a new one.
