Apostrophes

Which is correct?

Just to reiterate what others have said: The question itself is not good. None of the options are natural. It should be ... ten years in jail.

Having said that, the best wrong answer is the one with the apostophe, assuming we read it as meaning ten years of jail time.

It's nothing to do with British or American English.
