No, it's a troublesome sentence. The problem with rephrasing it is knowing what it actually means.
"This may change any aspect of ones life in extremely negative ways that are often immanent."
Defining "This" might help, for a start, and then giving an example of one aspect of one's life that may be changed by "this" in extremely negative ways, and such that it is often immanent.

I'm always learning new words on this forum. I thought 'immanent' was a typo till I looked it up to make sure.

I still haven't a clue what the sentence means, though.

Is it really important? does it change the result of this topic?!!! moreover, this is not my sentence!

"This" refer to something that affect your life. for example side effect.

Side-effect of this illness may influence your future life in very negative ways and this change can persistent.

Please reply to this post, if you have any suggestion. otherwise ...
