After watching/after having watched/after he watched

Hello everyone,
Are any of these sentences wrong or can I use them all?
1. "After watching TV he switched off the light."
2. "After he watched TV he switched off the light."
3. "After having watched TV he switched off the light."
Thank you.
 
You can use them all, but native speakers are only likely to use #1.
