The 56 blue panels in the drawing are 540 watt standard panels, so 7 apartments out of 10 will receive 8 panels. However, due to space constraints and safety concerns beside the elevator room, we have decided to put the 650 watt bifacial panels (orange panels), and in that case two apartments will take each 7 PV panels 650 watt bifacial instead of 8 PV panels 540 watt, benefiting from the sun's reflex ion on the roof.
According to our calculations, bifacial are 20% more efficient than standard ones.
We have left a space above the elevator room for 8 panels for the 10th flat.
