Hi.

If Mark, a friend of mine, is passionate and enthusiastic. Is it natural to describe Mark as "Mark is a man full of fire?".

Hi.

If Mark, a friend of mine, is passionate and enthusiastic, is it natural to describe Mark as [STRIKE]"Mark is[/STRIKE] "a man full of fire"? (no full stop here)

Please look carefully at my corrections above. This is the second thread in which I've had to make the same corrections.

1. "If Mark, a friend of mine, is passionate and enthusiastic" isn't a complete sentence so the full stop after it was incorrect.
2. As a result of the above, you needed a comma followed by a lower case "i" for "is".
3. You put the question mark in the wrong place. It did not belong inside the quotation marks because it was not part of the quoted sentence. It needed to go after the closing quotation marks.
4. You put a full stop as well as a question mark and closing quotation marks. That was wrong. Never put a full stop directly after a question mark.

I don't find your description of Mark particularly natural.
