Could someone please assist me with the following email?

Dear [name of client],

We have observed that some projects utilizing "XX" lithium-ion batteries are incompatible with Lebanese AC power sources.

The problem has been resolved by an updated software version from Sunlight. We'd like to let you know that we'll be using Sunlight batteries with the new updated software and keeping an eye on the system for three months.

At that period, if you encounter any system malfunctions because of the batteries, we will swap them out for Italian-made "YY" batteries that come with a 10-year warranty. Of course, you won't be charged any additional fees.

@Joj Does it make a difference who makes the batteries? Are Italian-made batteries different from other kinds?
