I am Asish Rao, from Hyderabad city in India.

Please, inform me that which one of the following sentence is correct.

1) 'Agreement paper has got misplaced by me'
2) 'Agreement paper is misplaced by me'

Neither one is correct.
"I have mislaid the agreement paper" is correct.

It's not a natural way to say it. You could use "was" instead of "got".
 
"Misplaced" works in AmE. I misplaced the paper. The paper got misplaced.
 
Note that you need an article before the noun.

The agreement paper was/got/has been mislaid/misplaced.
An agreement paper was/got/has been mislaid misplaced.
I mislaid/misplaced an/the agreement paper.
