I have learned that either 'is' or 'are' is correct.
 
Many would agree with you, but some purists would disagree.
 
None of your answers is/are correct.

Consider also: If there are N answers, and none of them could be considered correct, that makes N altogether that are incorrect, so the plural (None of your answers are correct) should be right.

This makes sense !

I would say that they're both correct. Some might not agree.
 
Where I come from, none is a contraction of not one.

So I say none is.

For those who disagree, consider this: In practical terms, none also means fewer than one. That would also take you to none is.
