Hello. Can I say the following to my colleagues?

Dear team,

I'm attaching two offers for the X's offer that we need to send today.

Please keep in mind that the "YY" option costs more than the "XX" option.

It doesn't make sense to me to have an offer for an offer.

The entire thing makes no sense. Please explain it in a different way.

You seem to be still confused between offer and quotation. A quotation is an offer but an offer is not always a quotation. A supermarket always hold offers (specially reduced prices) to attract customers. An offer may sound better to you (maybe that's why you always like to use it) but it is not the right word for you to use. You have been told this before.

I think I have read enough of your posts to roughly understand what you mean. You are sending quotations for two options of a product/system/installation to your client, aren't you?
