Could someone please assist me with the sentence below? Is it understandable?

Dear Mrs. X,

Could you please email us the detailed structural drawing of Mr. XX as an Autocad file as well?

Has Mrs X really sent you a detailed structural drawing of a man?

I'm sorry, you're correct; I didn't express myself correctly, which is why I'm asking your assistance. I'll repeat it again:

Could you also send us Mr. XX's (the one who sketch the drawing) detailed structural drawing as an AutoCAD file?

That's better.

Note my corrections above. I don't think "sketched" is appropriate for a detailed structural drawing. Can you find a better word?

You are right, maybe we can say the one who designed the structural drawing.
Please is the sentence below seems comprehensible to you ?

And, please inform him that the rails shown in red in the image below are incorrectly drawn because there is no support beneath them, the main frame of the structure should be the support of the rails on which the PV panels will be installed.

You can keep "inform", but I don't know why you would want to.

I don't want to contradict my colleague, but I think "sketched" is just fine. (I can't think of anything better.)

A sketch is a rapidly drawn, fairly casual, drawing of something. I would hope that someone who is employed to make a detailed structural drawing would make more effort than that! Despite the hint of repetition, I'd probably use "drew", but you could use "produced" too.
