I think you'll need some work on the pronunciation of "exercise (stress on the wrong syllable)", "internal (stress on the wrong syllable)", "busy" and "push".

It is- the vowel sounds improve over the course of the videom, so the early part may be excessive keenness.

It also sounds like /ʃ/ instead of /s/ in the middle to me.
