Samantha has come to Sarah's place. They're sitting in the kitchen and drinking tea. Sarah's boyfriend John goes into the kitchen, says some bad things to Sarah and then leaves. Samantha says to Sarah:

If he had said that to me, I'd stop dating him and would never talk to him again.

Are the tenses in bold correct in the context given?

How about this sentence:

If he had said that to me, I would've taken offense and would never talk to him again.

Is it OK to use the conditional perfect "would have taken" and then follow it with the conditional simple "would talk" in this context?

That's also possible. The "would" from "would have taken offence" can also be attached to "talk", making "and I would never talk to him again".

The "would" from "would have taken offence" can also be attached to "talk"
"Have taken" and "talk" share the same "would":

If he had said that to me, I would've taken offense and never talk to him again.

Do I understand your suggestion correctly?

What else could I have meant?

I just asked to make sure.
If you couldn't come up with an alternative meaning for my post, all you've done is waste space in the thread by adding what is now four unnecessary posts.

I'd say '... and never speak to him again'.
