Internet Tutorial for ESOL learners

| | Comments (2)

The Research Discovery Network have just launched a tutorial for ESOL students on using the internet that can be accessed freely by anyone interested. It's meant to give an overview of what the net is, how they can access it, how it can benefit them, etc.

It goes through what they will need to get started on using the internet and, as long as they don't get RSI from clicking all the way through it, ESOL students who are new to the net should find it useful, and it is slanted towards them, using relevant sites and searches for them. It's one of many available from the RDN, designed to help people improve their Internet information literacy and IT skills in their specific field of study.
