I'm a little confused as the wether the expressions "needed" and "need to" and "need" are interchangeable in this situation.

Example :

You need computer skills for the job.
You needed computer skills for the job.
You need to computer skills for the job.

What is the difference? Is this grammarly correct use all three forms?
In the vocabulary, we use need to represent this situation, so which of the three do you think is natural in this situation?
