Mehrgan's interpretation is correct, although the expression is stronger than just 'made me feel happy'.

Bo's reply could indeed be "You're welcome" because that is the usual response to thanks. Of course he could reply "You didn't look pretty yesterday", but that might be unwise.:shock:
