Actually Alan's father gave Alan a responsibility to take care of the shop. But shop got destroyed. But Christy and Alan fixed it in no time leaving some things are unfix. Alan's father arrive and saw one of the unfix thing and send Alan to home. Then Christy said to Alan:

Christy: If that's all he sees, you got off lucky.

What is the meaning of "off lucky"?
I heard "lucky" alone term, but here "off lucky" is used. what does it mean?

It's not "off lucky". It's "got off + lucky". Now do some research on the usages of the phrasal verb "get off" and see if it makes more sense.
