I would like to know if this expression is correct to tell someone to call you to the cell phone because you're out of the office at that moment

Not a teacher.

Call me on my cell.

Reach me at my cell.

Not "to my cell," though.

(Remember that "cell phone" is American. Mobile phone is more international.)
