Hello.

I have sentences:
You can borrow the money providing you pay back them.
You can borrow the money providing you pay back it.

What is correct?

It's not my homework, I'm not sure what I should use at the end. The sentence is self-made.
 
Neither is correct.

'You can borrow the money providing you pay it back.'
 
Or "... provided you pay it back".
