What is the complete form of the bold phrase?

Earthquake? You’ve gotta be kidding, I didn't feel an earthquake.
 
So, are these three sentences equivalent?

You have to be joking=You have got to be joking= You must be joking
 
They are in this context.
 
Some people are more sensitive to small earthquakes and can feel movements that others don't notice. Having been in a major quake, I can feel tremors that other people may not notice.
