Given this sentence:

Her blonde hair, piled and pinned in back, yet fell about a widow's peak to blonde brows

DO you have any remote idea what's saying the part in black?

It means that her hair fell forward, either side of her widow's peak, and reached her brows.

Do you mean that despite her hair is backwards, there is still some hair around her widow's peak falling forward and reaching her brows?

Yes, it says in the text that her hair is piled and pinned back, some of it is falling forward.
