I have amended your sentence above in red. I find "accommodate" rather formal and a little unnatural in this context. I would expect something like "The mini bar is big enough to hold a bottle of champagne". Note that we normally just refer to the small fridge in a hotel room as "the mini bar" or "the mini-bar". We don't bother adding "fridge" afterwards.
