Hi,

Can help me edit this memo?
I will send them via email.

1) To avoid the invasion of ants and the growth of bacteria, and to reduce your troubles, do not throw food or drink container into the dustbin at your seat, instead throw them into the big dustbin in the pantry.

2) To avoid the invasion of ants and the growth of bacteria, please throw all waste container into the big dustbin at the pantry.

Is the 2nd sentence sound better?

Regards,
HS

2) To avoid [STRIKE]the invasion of[/STRIKE] attracting ants and the growth of bacteria, please throw all waste [STRIKE]container[/STRIKE] into the big dustbin [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] in the pantry.

[STRIKE]Is[/STRIKE] Does the [STRIKE]2nd[/STRIKE] second sentence sound better?

[STRIKE]Regards,[/strike]
[strike]HS[/STRIKE] Unnecessary.

Note my comments and corrections above.

Perhaps:

Throw all the trash into the trash can (dustbin).

I guess if there's a big one there there is also a small one.

What are they doing with the trash now? Why is the dustbin in the pantry?
