Welcome to the forum, JENA04.

As this is an English language forum, we do not accept "texting language" here, which you have used in your post. We do not do the letter-writing for you but if you could write the draft and post it here, we would be able to help.

We do our best, but we're all volunteers here; you just have to wait for an answer.

I don't know how start it. Please help me. Thank you.

I agree with tedmc's post. However, this is a short one, so I'll give it a try.

Dear Mr Jones,

I've been going through my files, and I note that your date of birth is missing from our records. Please let me know your date of birth so I can update our system.

Thank you and my best regards,

Yours sincerely,

Jenna Smith
HR officer

In future, please don't post using capital letters throughout each word as you did in your title. It's the online equivalent of shouting.
