Hi,
I'd like to know what a proper way to write a list of hobbies/interests is.
Are both a gerund form and a noun form appropriate?

Is it better if I begin each word with an uppercase or should I capitalize just the first word of the list?

1. Books, Movies, Animals, Food
2. Books, movies, animals food
3. Reading Books, Watching Movies, Cooking, Dining Out, Animals
4. Reading books, watching movies, cooking, dining out, animals

Please allow me to ask you one more question.
Should I use a plural form to ask the first question, e.g. what are proper ways to write a list of hobbies?
I am assuming there are more than one way to write a list properly.

Thank you.

Use gerunds, unless you really want to save space.

You certainly don't need to capitalise each item.

If you assume there are plural ways, then use the plural form. If you think there's only one, then use the singular form.
