Iam Mr.Subbarayulu (bearing emp.code:49744) working as a manager since two years . at present iam working at improvement projects dept since 6 months. I have been started my career with HBL from bike battery division production dept from May'12 to till now. Currently my roles and responsibilities are look forward the needed process improvement and worthful cost saving projects implementation so for reduce manufacture cost. now i have lead the projects independently at all divisions like Mono block ,Tgel division,Bike battery,LMLA & VRLA divisions etc. But previously i have been worked in bbd production for SLI 2w batteries . Iam actively contributes in SLI-2w assembly line installation&commissioning and productionised the 2w models like 5Ah & 9Ah and same were send to market around aprox 30,000 btys successfully.
