Is it proper to say like this?

Master can give you detailed advice, adjusting your plan so that result would has surpassed your expectations. (or result will surpass is more suitable? )

Commenting only on the part in bold.
"… adjusting your plan so that the result will surpass your expectations".
 
Note that "... would has surpassed" is incorrect in every context. If appropriate, it's "... would have surpassed". You need the definite article before "Master". I assume you are talking about a teacher.
