Which are correct?

1) I'm worried about Tom in prison.
Meaning: Tom is in prison and for that reason I am worried about him.

2) I'm worried about Jake in his game against Harry tonight. I think he might lose.

3) I'm worried about Jake against Harry tonight.

#3 is supposed to mean the same as #4. Context would make it clear that we are talking about a match.

All are possible. (See below.)

Abe: I'm worried about Tom
Bob: Who's Tom?
Abe: He's a friend of mine. He's in prison.
Bob: Well, he's in a bad place, but worrying about him won't help matters. On the plus side, it won't hurt either.
Abe. Thanks!
Bob: You're welcome.
