1) Woori Bank encourages its employees to attend evening courses regarding the current trend of economy.

2) Woori Bank encourages its employees to enroll evening courses regarding the current trend of economy.

Which is correct?

Both are incorrect.

take/enrol on/do??

You can attend courses, but "the current trend of economy" is not correct. I'd say "current trends in the economy."

register?

You can "register for" or "enroll in" (AmE) these courses. Whether or not you "attend" is another matter entirely.:)
