Hi,
"We went to the party without being/having been invited."
Which is correct please, or can I use both?

You can use both of them.
"We went to the party without being/having been invited."
(I am not a teacher.)
 
If you want to avoid such doubts, you can also say "we went to the party uninvited".
 
Or "We gatecrashed the party"! ;-)
