Shoud it be ON not IN the street in this sentence?
Would it be better if I say "with its registered addres at"?

This looks like a legal document. As such, it should be translated only by an experienced legal translator. It's possible that registered seat is a specific legal term which should not be changed. Otherwise, registered address at looks right.
