For at least the third time, put a space after every comma and every full stop.

Kumar, none of your sentences are correct. They are not in correct question form.

You try first. Here is a hint: subject-auxiliary verb inversion. You can Google that.

Are you familiar with Google?

There are several constructions in English in which the subject and auxiliary verb are inverted in a sentence. One of the most common is a question.

How will I find my keys? :tick:
How I will find my keys? :cross:

Where will be used these materials? Is it correct.

It's closer. Where will these materials be used?

Memorise some simple question constructions and think of them every time you write a question.

I am a man.
Am I a man?

You are a teacher.
Are you a teacher?

His name is James.
Is his name James?

I will go to London.
Will I go to London?

Don't worry about trying to use auxiliaries or modals. Just learn simple constructions to start with.

These materials will be used in a lecture.
Where will these materials be used?
