Why do you think it is difficult? What particular areas do you struggle with? Are you taking formal English classes or are you trying to learn on your own? I notice that you are currently in Australia so you are surrounded by native English speakers. That means you are in a great position to learn the language.

All languages are, to a certain extent, hard to learn.

Note my correction to your title and your post. One word is rarely sufficient for a thread title. You have to put a question mark at the end of a question.

My guess is partly because your first language is Chinese. English and Chinese have little in common.
Which other language have you found easier to learn?

Languages are complex- they make it possible for a speech community to express themselves, and people are complex.
