In the following video link exactly at 0:12.The voice-over said "Why do I get up from the worries and xxxx ahead." I can't get the word that starts with H letter after and.

I hope this is proper place to post my thread.

Why do I get up from all the worries and hurdles ahead?

Edit: It's "with", not "from", as Tdol points out below.
