[Grammar] Who is this car's owner? or Who is the owner of this car?

Which of the following sentences is


1-Who is this car's owner?
2-Who is the owner of this car?

I think in the same way, we consider "table's leg" incorrect, we should consider 1st sentence incorrect also.
