Hello!

Can we use the present perfect and the past simple interchangeably in this case (in bold)?

A: Have you ever met any celebrity?

B: Yes, I've met Madonna, Zidane and Tony Blair.

A: Great! Who else did you meet/ have you met?

Thank you very much.

I would choose did you met. Why? Because you use present perfect for general questions (and answers) and past simple for specific questions (and answers).

Have you ever met any celebrity? -- general question
Great! Who else did you meet? -- specific question

A: Have you ever met any celebrity?

B: Yes, I've met Madonna, Zidane and Tony Blair.

A: Great! Who else did you meet/ have you met?
The present perfect is the natural choice in BrE. This is still a question about your life experience up to the present time.

However, if your question had been a follow-up on Madonna, Zidane and Blair, then 'When did you meet them' is the one - When? = On what past-time occasion?

ps. I would use the plural 'any celebrities' in the question.
