Hello all users!

I wonder which version is better:

The time needed to lift a ship weighing 7200 tons is about 100 minutes when the dry-dock’s ballast pumps work without a break.
Or
It takes about 100 minutes for the dry-dock’s non-stop working ballast pumps to lift a ship weighing 7200 tons.

I would choose the second one.

I would write:

It takes about 100 minutes to lift a ship weighing 7200 tons in the dry dock using the ballast pumps working continuously.

How about with the ballast pumps working?

Here's a more natural way to order the sentence: It takes about 100 minutes with the ballast pumps working non-stop for the dry-dock to lift a ship weighing 7200 tons.

I usually do it in under 90.
