Which Sentence is correct and Why?Please provide detail reason

1.Task has been done.
2.Task has been doing.

Second sentence is Present perfect continues , but I don't know why first sentence is used and what tense is that ? Please provide detail reason.

Neither sentence is correct and the second is beyond repair. ;-) 1 needs a determiner - 'a' or 'the'.

They are both incorrect.
"The task has been done."
 
1.Task has been done.
2.Task has been doing.

The second sentence is in the present perfect [strike]continues[/strike] continuous (no comma here) but I don't know why the first sentence is used and what tense it is. [STRIKE]that[/STRIKE] Please provide detailed reasons.
