Which option is better in relation to the underlined word below?
a) Who does Felix want at all the airports?
b) What does Felix want at all the airports?

Felix wants
policemen at all the airports.

Of the two, I'd use b).

It is a like this one, the question word should be 'what' and not 'who'. Right?
What is he?
He is muderer, a dangerous man.
