I'd call that modern RP- it doesn't really show any regional characteristics. Specialists may be able to probe underneath, but that kind of speaker could come from anywhere and nowhere to me.

I don't notice any regional characteristics either but he has a slight roticism (difficulty pronouncing "r").

I also hear the mainly RP pronunciation, but I feel he may be a Scotsman deliberately pronouncing words in that way, because his sounds halfway to [e].
