Hi everyone, If someone asks me "Where have you been?"

Can I reply "I was at home" ,or should I say "I have been to home"?

If you have left your home and arrived somewhere, then the version with was works for me.
 
The most likely answer in casual, everyday English would be "At home". We don't tend to repeat parts of the question in our response.

Where have you been?
At home.

Where have you been?
At work.

Where have you been?
At Claire's.

Where have you been?
In hospital.
