[Grammar] What the difference between those 2?

HI everyone, i am confused with the following sentences.

Radar and thermal image coverage was decent, indicating the vamps were mainly gathered in one spot.
OR
Radar and thermal image coverage was decent, which indicates the vamps were mainly gathered in one spot.

Also

Customers satisfaction leads to purchase intention, which subsequently leads to loyalty
or
Customers satisfaction leads to purchase intention, subsequently leading to loyalty

Can anyone help to explain to me when to use indicating and which indicates?. in what situation is suitable?
 
You have the same problem as me, who can help us?
 
Hey it is given the similar meaning with long word formation, I was having the similar confusion but if I am not wrong then it might be the word frame with long sentence.
