Hi,

If I know somebody in a company, and I go there to talk with him, when I am at the front desk, what should I say?

I am looking for ....
I want to talk....
I have an appointment.....

(Where can I find such kind of courtesy expression? such as in a grocery, in a phone....)

Thanks in advance.

(Not a teacher)

you can say..
I am here to meet Mr.../Ms...

and ya if you have an appointment or going for an interview then say

I have an appontment with Mr..... / Ms.....

If there is no appointment, "Is Mr XX in the office today? Could you let him know that I am in Reception?"

If there is an appointment: "I am here to see Mr XX. Could you let him know I have arrived?"
